DESCRIPTION:

How can one ever really be sure of the difference between truth and lies? After a malicious youngster starts a rumor about two women who run a boarding school, the rumor soon turns to scandal. As the young girl comes to understand the power she wields, she sticks by her story, which precipitates tragedy for the women. The Children‘s Hour explores the power rumors hold and the fear that can spread like wildfire, destroying a person’s life.
